즐거운 보니또 여행

전체적으로 시설이 깔끔하고, 조식 괜찮았어요~ 직원들도 친절하고, 탁구대, 당구대 등 시설 이용도 좋았어요. 아이들이 수영장도 좋아했는데.. 수영장 물이 깨끗하지는 않앗어요~

Uma decepção

Infelizmente tive uma péssima experiência no Selina para começar chegamos no quarto não tinha nem toalhas tivemos que pedir na recepção, depois a descarga disparou e não parava de jorrar água pedimos na recepção pra alguém verificar enquanto ficamos fora para nossa surpresa e quando voltou ainda estava estragada solicitamos de novo a recepcionista que foi até ao quarto e nos ajudou… O banheiro não tinha boxe fechado e ficou um poça d’água no banheiro enquanto ficamos lá horrível não tinha nem um pano pra secar , nesse período que nós hospedamos não teve serviço de quarto e o café da manhã era só tinha pão e frios praticamente… Não voltaria jamais

Bom hotel porém...

O hotel é enorme, se você ficar nos quartos do prédio dos fundos você vai andar bastante, porém são os mais silenciosos pois a noite costuma ter festa com DJ ou Karaokê aos fds. Saiba que os quartos não tem frigobar (não entendi por que apenas a suíte mais cara tem esse item básico), não tem TV (mesmo que seja uma viagem de turismo e você não vai ficar perdendo tempo com TV, mas ajuda a distrair e se informar por exemplo). O café da manhã é limitadíssimo. Trata-se de um combo onde você tem apenas duas opções de escolha. Isso se você tiver incluído na reserva, caso contrário eles não disponibilizam pra você. Saiba que você vai andar um pouco até chegar na rua principal e praça.

Tudo perfeito! O q mais gostei foi da cama, lençóis e edredom!! Melhor do que hotel 5 estrelas, a única coisa q poderia melhorar seria a toalha pra ser do mesmo nível dos lençóis. Café da manhã com 3 opções, bem gostoso! Pessoal solicito e simpático! E o melhor de tudo aceitaram 2 cachorros porte médios ! Volto e recomendo!!

Experiência ok com algumas questões

A experiência foi ok, porém tivemos alguns probleminhas que foram resolvidos pelas meninas da recepção. Primeiro foi uma falha grave da limpeza, resolvido logo após a reclamação. Depois, me deparei com uma festa com música eletrônica em volume altíssimo bem em frente ao meu quarto. Bonito é um lugar onde acordamos sempre entre 5 e 7 da manhã para fazer passeios e eu estava viajando com meu filho de 13 anos. Após reclamar, elas me mudaram de quarto e me deram um upgrade. Remediaram a situação sem dúvida. Mas, sugiro que na descrição aqui do hotel informe que todo sábado tem esta tal desta festa. (Disseram que no site do Selina diz que todos os hoteis têm festa aos sábados.. Ora, eu lá sou obrigada a entrar no site deles? A informação tem que estar aqui no Hoteis.com, que foi onde eu reservei.) Nem sabia que Selina era uma rede. Quanto ao restaurante.. bem, algumas coisas são muito gostosas, como o pão feito na casa e a sopa de peixe. Já a picanha parecia carne de sol de tão salgada e extremamente passada. O gerente é muito simpático na maior parte das vezes (tirando a vez em que estava mais preocupado em olhar o telefone do que me responder), já o garçom é despreparado para o cargo. O café da manhã é gostoso, apesar de ser a la carte.

Atenção aos detalhes

Razoável, o hotel não deixa claro em aplicativos, como funciona. Os quartos não possuem TV, café da manhã sem flexibilidade e todo dia exatamente a mesma coisa. O hotel possui uma política de festa diariamente, ou seja meia noite tem música alta tocando e dependendo da localização do seu quarto, impossível dormir.
