Reservei no hotel o quarto mais caro, com piscina na sacada, na intenção de presentear o meu noivo, em comemoração ao aniversário dele. Parecia um pesadelo desde a hora que chegamos: chegamos por volta de 16 horas do dia 03/03, ao entrarmos no quarto (que é minúsculo) verificamos que a piscina da sacada estava cheia de óleo na água, tinha uma garrafa de gatorade pela metade e um cinzeiro cheio de cinzas de cigarro. No quarto nao tem telefone, entao desci e fui reclamar na recepção. Informaram que não tinham outro quarto do mesmo padrão. No dia seguinte as 7 da manhã simplesmente tinha uma pessoa na nossa sacada, esvaziando a piscina e mexendo nela. Levamos um susto, pois estávamos dormindo nús, com a porta de acesso à piscina aberta, somente com as cortinas fechadas. Foi uma tremenda falta de respeito, e violação a nossa intimidade e privacidade, sem nem avisarem, e colocarem a pessoa ali praticamente dentro do nosso quarto, sem a nossa autorização, inclusive nos impedindo de utilizar a piscina, fora o barulho as sete da manhã. Não recomendo! Hotel completamente despreparado, funcionários também, completamente perdidos. Além disso tudo, pelo valor você imagina que será um quarto de padrão melhor e não é! Pois a cama é péssima, chuveiro horrível, quase não sai água. Resumindo, pegamos o quarto mais caro, que conforme a descrição e fotos, parecia ser de alto padrão, entretanto não é! E sequer conseguimos utilizar o item “diferencial”, que é a piscina na sacada.

Bom local para se hospedar
O local parece ter sido construído recentemente (tudo está novo) fica bem localizado, perto dos restaurantes e comércio de Bonito. O atendimento foi cordial e vi muitos funcionários organizando e limpando tanto os ambientes externos como internos, o que garante o ambiente bem cuidado. O quarto era bem higienizado, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, possuia smartv e tinha espaço adequado para 2 pessoas. Com um bom café da manhã. Minha única recomendação à hospedagem é que troquem o tipo de desinfetante porque o atual tem um cheiro muito forte e ruim. Grávidas e pessoas mais sensíveis podem enjoar com ele.

Pousada nova mas atendimento pode melhorar
Achei o quarto um pouco apertado, praticamente não tinha espaço para a bagagem, acabou ficando um pouco tumultuado, estávamos em um quarto no piso inferior, um casal e uma criança, então o quarto tinha uma cama de casal encostada na parede, uma cama de solteiro encostada na outra parede e um corredor apertado entre as duas camas... o banheiro tinha um bom espaço, a pousada de forma geral é nova e bem cuidada, mas o atendimento deixa um pouco a desejar... os funcionários não são muito simpáticos e respondem o básico, no último dia perguntei sobre a possibilidade de um late check out, pois o horário combinado era às 11h e o nosso vôo às 15h e eles foram um pouco inflexíveis... como fizemos um último passeio pela manhã nossa intenção era pelo menos tomar um banho antes de ir para o aeroporto, o que acabou não acontecendo... os horários de chegada e saída poderiam ser revistos até porque os horários dos vôos na cidade são conhecidos... enfim, uma questão de flexibilidade mesmo...
