Our apartment is located in the historic center, behind the magnificent cathedral (hence the name), in the heart of the city of Bolzano. A few meters from the famous Piazza Walther of Bolzano, where in the Christmas period you are 2 minutes from the Christmas Market, near the Piazza Verdi (Teatro Stabile di Bolzano) and its beautiful park, the Via dei Portici and Via Museo (where is the Archaeological Museum of South Tyrol with the famous Ötzi) . It \'s ideal for those who want to discover the historic center on foot and visit the beautiful museums, castles, art galleries and theaters of our city!

The apartment is located just 5 minutes walk from the train station and bus station.

The property is perfect for 2-5 people and is located on the 1st floor. It is one of the biggest apartments we have with an area of 80 sqm consisting of one large living room with 1 sofa , LCD TV with satellite, WIFI, 2 armchairs, a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, toilet and bidet, fully equipped kitchen: table and chairs, cutlery and pots, coffee machine, moka, kettle, microwave, fridge etc., 2 bedrooms: the first bedroom with a double bed and a single foldaway bed, the second bedroom with a double bed ! The apartment has a large BALCONY!

Towels (2 pieces per person/face and shower) and sheets are included. On request we provide a cot/crib at no extra charge. Final cleaning NOT included!

The location is great near the main plaza and a few blocks from the Bolzano Bahnhof. Plenty of restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable and long - I am 191 cm felt didn’t have a problem. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who plans to stay a few days in Balzon.

Location good , but not good on requeste

No salt and pepper , no kitchen towel, very basic stuff. Requested two extra pillows for bad backs and did not respond, no pillows even on the sofa. Pretty bare bones, but very clean and a good location.

Die FeWo liegt fantastisch im Zentrum, sie ist geräumig, nur die so Müllabfuhr halt etwas morgens in der Gasse.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr saubere Wohnung

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, die Wohnung sehr sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt sogar über eine Spülmaschine. Ich wollte noch eine Info zum Parken und Be- und Entladen, habe deshalb eine Email geschrieben und zweimal unter der angegebenen Nummer angerufen, aber leider keine Reaktion erhalten. Trotzdem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen.
