The hotel is clean and practical. Designed to check in, sleep, have breakfast and check out. If thats what you are looking for, this might be a fit. It was our intent, but we still expected a bit more. Showeres showed signs of minimum maintenance. Located in an industrial area, too far to walk to the city center.

Concierge was super nice. Loved the mountain view from the room. The room was very accessible (walk in shower, bars in washroom, large doors) which was a pleasant surprise as we were travelling with someone in a wheelchair. Great breakfast. Wish we had stayed longer!

The hotel is a bit away from Bolzano. We had a car so it was not an issue. Rooms were awful, the walls had stains and smudges on them. We were disgusted by the bathroom that smelled like urine. The shower had mold and rust around the door. If I were to come back to Bolzano, I’d never stay at that hotel again.

Great overnight!

This was a last minute booking as our plans changed. Great price and I was surprised by the quality and cleanliness. The staff were helpful, bringing up extra towels and glass cups. They have microwavable food on site, we opted to drive into the center of town. Great hotel if you're just wanting to be close to train/ airport. Would stay again!

Comfortable and reasonable hotel

Quite comfortable. Rather squeaky single bed. Wonderful pillows. In an office / warehouse area without shops or much in the way of restaurants, BUT very reasonably priced. About a 40 minute walk into the centre (go via the river--very pleasant). Breakfast around €10 and pretty good (scrambled egg is awful/pastries are good). Could do with more fruit. Very kind staff! Very well set up for disabled visitors.

Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Good breakfast offerings. Out of the way for visiting city center ( but bus service is nearby, about 20-25minutes). The area is without many options, very quiet, food options very limited( mall about 10 minutes away).

Although not cheap for a B& B hotel it was easy o find, new and clean. Although basic it was a comfy bed with good mattress and a really good bathroom. Receptionist v helpful. We travel with our two daxies and although the charge was supposed to be £5 p dog we were not charged. Parking free
