If the weather forecast says it is raining in Bologna on the day you come, do NOT book a stay here.
The key to the apartment is delivered to you by a person (it is not a keybox). This person is not allowed to use electric bike in the rain (no insurance, was the reason). The result for our stay was that we waited for 2 hours for the rain to stop, outside the entrance of the apartment. We offered to swing by where the person live in our taxi, to pick up the key, but there was a requirement that the person was there physically, and we didn't have room for one more person in the taxi. We asked if the person could take a taxi, a bus or perhaps walk instead (45 min walk), but this was not possible. We had been up since 0400, and had to wait from 1530-1730 before the rain stopped.
The apartment itself was clean, the beds were good, the kitchen contains proper kitchen-stuff and there is Wifi, so I have nothing to complain about otherwise, but I can only recommend this place during sunny weather.
