The facilities, food and drink are excellent quality and you feel like you are in great hands with a fabulous team - Berken, Secil and Asya were very helpful with answering our questions and arranging things for us. We had a lovely 3 night stay in the Rixos. The staff couldn't do enough for us. It was especially nice to have dedicated team members available to us on whatsapp. A special thanks to Yelda and Birkan who were on hand all of our stay. The food at the buffet and the Kalamata restaurant was delicious - really good quality and variety. The gym and activities were great and the beach and pool staff were so helpful in finding us beds and bringing drinks whenever we ordered. Every evening was different singing and music. A lovely relaxing stay.

We were not aware at time of booking that only the buffet restaurant and beach restaurant was included in the premium all inclusive package and you had to pay extra to use other restaurants (unlike other top hotels we have experienced where you get to use other restaurant’s during your stay), so please be aware of this - we booked via Expedia and this was not made clear. Otherwise the staff are all super friendly and helpful. Great family holiday destination.

We visited Rixos Premium Bodrum in May 2025 with my spouse and our friends, and it was truly an unforgettable experience.
