Very clean rooms! Very friendly staff! If you don't have a pre-arranged transfer from the airport, you would need to call one day prior arrival or find one at the airport. Pre-arranged would cost about 69 Euro. Very clean pool and the bay has a nice beach where you can walk into a water with a few areas without much of rocks. I would go there again if I could.

Went with a large group (family) Loved the scenery and landscape. We loved the food at Lavanta which is part of the all inclusive. Lots of Turkish cooking, just like my mom used to make. For some other restaurants you have to pay. It’s hilly and hard to walk around without waiting for a shuttle, so I don’t recommend this for those who aren’t full able-bodied and / or in good physical shape WI-FI is spotty so don’t plan on connecting to VPN to work from here, although we were able to use it regularly to save on data We all loved the water - it’s so clear, blue and turquoise not like anything you will see elsewhere Mini Bodrum is cute and fun for the (pre)teenagers especially Overall we loved our visit

Terrible experience. We had 2 rooms booked nonrefundable via Expedia. We checked in later in the evening around 10pm. Once we took our daughter to her room around 11.30pm we realised there were bed bugs on one of the beds. We alerted the front office. We asked them to give us a different room. We waited till 1am and they still could not give us any other room. They even did not bother to come and check. My husband got furious and asked them to cancel one of the rooms and left the property. I advised Expedia and the hotel around 1am. They both confirmed that they will sort it out. I still could not get my money back for the room that we did not stay. Some hotel representatives said that its a garden area and bugs are normal! Thats not what i expect from 5 star hotel. I am also not happy how Expedia dealt with it. I wont book again via Expedia.

Temizlik gayet iyi. Plajda yer bulmak sorun oluyor zira sabah çok erken yer tutup gelmeyen de var. Çocuk var diye cevap veriyorlar peki biz denize gitmeyelim mi. Aslında müşteri profili sıkıntılı. Restoranda da benzer problemler var. Tesis eski ama bakımlı, çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve nazikler. Servis mükemmel, tesis içi shuttle çok iyi ve hep yardımcı oluyorlar. Deniz çok güzel.

Am Check in muss man seine Koffer abgeben, jedoch wird dieses Areal nicht Kamera überwacht (Outdoor öffentlich zugänglich) mir wurde ein Gepäckstück geklaut, das Hotel will sich hierfür nicht verantwortlich machen und hält sich fein raus! Schlechte Führungskräfte, leere Versprechungen. mit VORSiCHT zu genießen mein ganzer Urlaub war im Keller. am Pool und an der Meer Bar muss man viel Wartezeit mitbringen man muss ständig sich an eine Schlange anstellen. Alles was sie auf dem Menu stehen haben ist die Hälfte momentan nicht verfügbar. Nicht akzeptable bei dieser Preis Kategorie!

Anne-kız küçük bir dinlenme konaklaması için gittik ve bayıldık! Her şey harikaydı. Yemekler leziz, temiz ve bol çeşitli. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve nazik. Hem resepsiyonda hem de spa’da çok yardımcı oldular. Mevsimsel olarak masaj olanakları kısıtlıydı ama yine de ellerinden gelen her şekilde bize harika bir tatil yaşattılar. Muhtesem bir Otel

Sezon sonu olmasına rağmen büfe seçenekleri çok fazlaydı. Chef i tebrik ederim, kötü olan tek bir lezzet yoktu. Çok fazla otel gezdim ama mutfaği bu denli basarili az otele rastladim. Tum ekip musteri memnuniyeti icin canla basla cabaliyordu. Cok memnun kaldik. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Bu sene ilk kez konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık. Otel çok temiz, lokasyon olarak mükemmel. Personel çok profesyonel ve çözüm odaklı. Özellikle yürümekte zorlanan annemi tesis içinde muhteşem bir ilgi ile taşıyan shuttle sürücüleri Abdurrahman ve Cemalettin bey'e ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Yemeklerin de çok lezzetli olduğunu unutmayayım.

Öncelikle yemekler ve garsonlar harikaydı. Yemek alanında her ihtiyacımız hızlı bir şekilde karşılandı. Akşam yapılan etkinlikler çok keyifliydi. Kokteyllerini çok beğendik. Odalar gayet temizdi. Rüzgar olduğu için Deniz hafif dalgalıydı. Bütün alanlar bir arada olduğu için özellikle küçük çocuklu aileler için güzel. Sadece duş ve soyunma kabini bize yetersiz geldi.
