All of the amenities were great ! Loved the oool and the kayaks! The staff was very friendly , especially a housekeeping man in the pool area ! We could have used another chair in the room and better lighting. It was a bit noisy from the upstairs guests … All in all we were pleasantly surprised and will definitely stay again!

They definitely need some extra attention in the housekeeping dept, especially the bathrooms. Just look at the walls next to the toilet. Disgusting. Also, you can see spit stains and toothpaste stains on the sink. Bed linens were clean and bed comfortable. That’s the only thing that saved them. The AC was musty so we had to open windows. Lots of dogs on property which is fine but not when they are left in rooms barking and whining. Wouldn’t stay here again due to the cleanliness and noise and it was definitely not worth over $400/night.

Dangerous hotel. I injured my leg walking of a grassy field next to my room. They left underground pipe that is 8in wide and a foot deep without a cover. The staff didn't even apologize. They told us that they don't recommend guests to walk on a field close to the boundary of the property. "Close to the boundary?"- that is the where the hotel is. "Don't recommend?"- they never told us that. There are many people walking on grassy fields, especially since all rooms are pet friendly and people walk their dogs. When we told them they need to close the hole the staff knew where they were. We didn't need to show them. It turns there was another one. They resolve it by putting a cone next to it. We later saw missing bridge slats where one can also easily hurt themselves. Avoid the hotel. Don't be fooled by a newly renovated room. They were pressure-washing trash bins and storing construction materials and booze right in front of our hotel rooms.

Unfortunately the guest above our room thought they were the only people entitled to vacation with rest. After first night hotel contacted me to ask how our stay was going I replied it was unbearable noise from guests upstairs. No room changes or ask guest to be respectful of others just two sleepless nights of misery for 500 a night

The property is overpriced. We had a very simple room that looked like a motel room, not a resort one. Receptionist said the hotel was overbooked, there was no room for us and we were asked to wait. After 30 minutes wait we were giving a room and told that we got upgrade, which was not true. The room looked exactly like in the picture and we didn’t get a better view for the example. So I don’t think we got any upgrade. We specifically asked for housekeeping service during our stay, but nobody came to change towels or move trash. I was unlucky to experience rudeness of a waiter in the hotel restaurant. The guy was definitely tired in the evening and had an outburst for no reason. Water in the swimming pool was muddy even in the morning. All these things all together composed an unpleasant experience.

We had such an amazing trip here! Our friends docked their boat at the marina, and we got a room for the weekend. We all have kids, so it was super convenient to have the pool, small beach area, breakfast, coffee, food, drinks, playground all in one area. Love the renovations !
