Soon after making the booking - we headed off to the Motel - but we could not get there because the Road had washed away. New Zealand was in a Red Weather Alert - and many roads were closed, power outages and tree's coming down. We tried to cancel our booking - but couldn't get any where. No one was answering the phone at the Motel - but maybe their power was off as well?

For the price point this was a great place to stay, we had a large room which included a separate bedroom, large bathroom, kitchen facilities, 3 minutes from Woolworths and 10 minutes from the wineries. Highly Recommended

The unit reflected the value and description in the advertising. However I wish the couch and dining chairs were more comfortable. Shower and bed were good. Very clean and spacious with the separate bedroom.
