Excellent service and location! Luxurious, spacious amd comfy rooms. Close vicinity to the Bern train station and shops. The spa was a great addition to our stay!

Lovely hotel stay in the center of Bern

Wonderful overall experience. The lobby is delightfully appointed with a solid bar. Nice wine list and cocktails. The rooms have a fantastic bathroom and comfortable bed. The only difficulty was getting the room to cool off at night. The thermostat only goes to 20C and there is no fan for air flow. So at winter they are keeping everyone toasty but a bit too much for my liking at night making it difficult to sleep.

Very nice property with friendly staff. Room has small amount of water damage from shower overflowing. Not their fault, but there is currently noisy construction right outside the room windows.
