Home on 1/4 acre in safe gated community. 2300 sq ft, beachy vibe, 2 floors, 3 bdrms, sleeps 7, 2 bathrooms. Walk to one of the four private beaches in 10-15 mins. Lots of yard space; room for 4 cars to park. Private marina, private 9 hole golf course & shared seasonal pool for fee. 5 mins drive to the quaint town of Birch Bay with bars and restaurants. Very private lot and community. 40% off discount provided to monthly renters. Strict no pet/no smoking policy as we have severe allergies.

Comfortable home surrounded by trees. Marina, Golf course, Seasonal pool, Beaches, all in a gated community. Restaurants/Bars 3-5 mins away. Beautiful sunsets. Great for fishing and ocean lovers

Birch Bay Village community has strict HOA guidelines and rules are enforced. Quiet time in the community is 10pm and security drives around to make sure everyone is adhering to the policies. If you’re wanting to “party” our home is not a good fit for you and your guests.
