This is officially my favourite place to stay when travelling. As someone who is non-binary, I felt very welcomed and safe. This property was absolute paradise. Away from the craziness and business of major towns, but still with a free shuttle to access, it was incredible. All of the staff are amazing, incredibly attentive, and helpful. The pools are great, and the grounds are stunning. Absolutely perfect for a couples stay, felt incredibly safe as two women. We even booked a full body Balinese massage as the two of us, it was great. We got upgraded, the room was a brilliant size with a huge bathroom. The laundry service and room service were both great. It is far away from most tourist attractions, but this was a bonus for us, we got a free shuttle from the hotel to sanur which was lovely.

The customer service granted to my friend and I was AMAZING! I have a lung condition and everyday of our five day stay, o could text lobby for them to take me to the restaurant in their buggy. Everyone from the restaurant team, spa, lobby were kind, sweet and very attentive with us.

We loved our experience at the Swan Paradise. The breakfast was wonderful but needed a bit of variety. The location is beautiful and remote, not near any of the tourist locations. It is a great place to relax.

A True Paradise

Absolute paradise. The accommodation is beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The grounds are just wonderful. The food in the restaurant is fabulous, with an excellent breakfast. The Beef Rendang was the best we’ve ever tasted. The pool areas are beautiful. But what makes this a truly amazing place to stay is the wonderful staff who go above and beyond to look after your every need. Thank you everyone at Swan Paradise. We will be back soon
