Renovated 1st floor condo in the Hethwood Community within 10 mins of Lane Stadium by car or bus. Easy walk via Smithfield Rd. trail to the Hokie sporting events. There are bus routes within the community if you decide not to walk. Our condo has 1 queen sleeper and 2 queen beds, sleeping 6. There are 2 full bathrooms. Full kitchen with utensils, dishes, pots, and pans. Wifi and TV in both bedrooms, and in-house laundry.

This property was perfect for our family of 5! Well stocked with kitchen items for cooking and snacks, beer and water when the kids and husband got hungry! Plenty of towels in the bathroom and games for the kids to play. Close to campus and everything that we wanted to do! We’ll be back for sure!

Great Condo Near Virginia Tech

This condo was the perfect home base for our Virginia Tech football weekend! It was clean and comfortable -- and we loved the local IPAs in the fridge! We'd definitely stay here again.

My son and stepson were the occupants to attend my 50th VTCC reunion. They were pleasantly surprised when there were already some cold beer and coffee available. Place was very clean and nice. The rest of the family could visit for a few hours and we had plenty of room.

Perfect Rental

I can't say enough about our stay here! Everything was Perfect! It was comfortable, clean & great location for our son's VT graduation!! The owners responded immediately after we made the reservation & made themselves easily accessible if we needed them--which we did not because everything was taken care of & explained perfectly before our visit. There were some added extras we didn't expect & lots of information on the area, places of interest & of course, the university. I would definitely stay here again & may even look for another reason to come back!!

Great All Around

We had a wonderful long weekend stay at this property for a Hokie football game. The condo was clean and well-appointed. Very comfortable. Easy drive or bus ride into campus. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay.

Great place to stay for a VT Football Game!

This was the perfect condo for my fiancé and I to come back to Blacksburg for a visit. It comfortably sleeps 6 and having the second bathroom is a plus! Also conveniently located to VT Campus and Downtown. Highly recommend ! Will definitely be coming back.
