Breakfast was great with a lot of options. The cook was friendly and nice. We had a good stay but our room was not as cleaned as it should be. When we arrived our bed looked like the comforter was just thrown over the sheets. The sheets were hanging out and looked messy. The pulled out couch was filthy. We couldn’t sleep on it. The bedding was stained with what looked like blood, we removed that only to discover the mattress filled with food crumbs and when we turned over the mattress to shake it off it was even more filthier underneath. I informed the front desk Saturday morning and requested it to be cleaned but it never was done. Also, our vanity sink was clogged, we informed front desk two times and it was never taken care off. We would have had a better stay if it wasn’t for these issues.

Clean room. Pleasent service. Nice to have Carol Lee donuts on game day. Would have been nice to have a yogurt in the early morning before I left for my very early flight. But the check out guy could not be troubled to unlock the yogurt fridge before "breakfast started."

Great place to stay for Hokie families. Clean, nicely appointed rooms that are taken care of. Only recommendation is to increase the front desk staff so that someone is at the front desk at all times.

The people were very pleasant. Room was nice, our bed was very comfortable only complaint were the pillows . One felt like a marshmallow and the other one was like a it had lost its stuffing.. But we will be back just bring our own pillow
