I arrived at hotel to realise that it was shut. Even after me explaining I would be late for check in and said they would stay open till I actually arrived. I’ve paid for the hotel. Went back past the few days I was in Blackpool it was shut. £150 out of pocket and had to find another hotel at 10:30 at night
