Staff were very helpful. There’s a few age related marks in the hotel decoration. The bedroom was brilliant, plenty of room beds comfy, being able to park outside was a bonus. Ample toiletries in bathroom. I would book again to stay there. Price very reasonable.

Inexpensive, basic, clean, no-frills, on-suite double room. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of free parking for residents. Ideal for a short break where you want to spend your money when you’re out and about – 12 mins walk from the Tower, Winter Gardens, Houndshill Shopping Centre, pedestrian precincts and Wetherspoons pubs. I’ll be going back again. Thanks.

This hotel must have changed ownership since I booked it there was no games room no bar no restaurant bed linen wasn't ironed no tea or coffee in room only kettle with no cups no breakfast and seeing some if the guests it's for homeless people it was clean one of the beds base was just sheets of wood if any one had laid in it it would have broken also said it was on seafront it was 15 minute walk also some residents kicking doors at 2 in the morning shouting till 4.40

Got there and they had double booked, not happy sent to a dive , 9 mins drive away, not any where were we needed to be and room not ready and had to break the day up to go back to check in , don’t go here
