We have stayed several times at willows and we find it convenient for visiting family near by. Very friendly staff. Few things we found was the tables were sticky as only cleaned with a spray and cloth so i think ever evening after close of bar and dining they should be given a good clean with hot soapy cloth to degrease them. Also we found the food very disappointing. I had whole tail scampi chips and peas, the scampi i would say was scampi bites little square pieces and the peas was a desert spoon full not many chips very over priced for what i received. Husband ordered gammon with egg and the gammon was so thin and over cooked as hard as leather no egg as had ran out of eggs. Overall food disappointing which is a shame as good menu on paper. The next night we went up the road to the brittania just outside oswaldtwistle and it was very good and good portions. We will stay again as we like the willows and is a good price

The staff were very lovely and polite. Pub had a lot of food options and halal food (restaurants)were at 10 min drive. Comfortable beds and lots and lots of towels. Would stay again.

The hotel was very good, neat and clean although I would say the room itself was a bit on the small side but still enough space for a family of four. The staff were good and very helpful including the cleaning team and bar. Overall great place to stay and we will be back soon. As my daughter said it's better than a premier inn.

Rooms looked brand new and sparkling clean. Bedding like new. Great to have usb ports for phone charging etc. and to have a good restaurant right next door!
