My disappointment was that we seldom saw staff. Check-in was after hours which was well organised. However the reception was not in our building so had no contact.
Breakfast was good with enough choices.

One needs to walk outside in rain/cold to get to half the units. No covered walkway. Bathroom door squeaks badly. Food vey good - nice atmosphere. Front desk helpful.
