"The front desk experience was not good. It seems the gentleman at the front desk put my 85 year old mother on a different floor than us. When I ask if we could be on the same floor he told me “we would have had to book the rooms together “. Well I had 1 reservation # so… it that not being booked ..."

"There was no toilet paper, no toilet seat, not tissues, no paper or plastic cups. I got one towel. The bed springs made sleeping uncomfortable. Heat/AC worked well and the balcony was nice."
