Excellent customer service from Jay. They were quick to respond to any queries with a friendly, professional attitude. The property was easy to use, car park on site, clean and beautiful decor - modern and fresh. The bed was so comfy and bedding was excellent quality. The bedroom was warm and airy, and tastefully decorated. Fridge, microwave and tea, coffee making facilities in the room with biscuits. In the bathroom; plenty of fluffy, white towels and shampoo , soap etc. We really loved the artwork on the walls of the hallway! Right up our street. We would definitely use this hotel again if we come to stay in this area. Instructions on how to enter were easy to follow and were accompanied by a fabulous list of local restaurants and breakfast eateries, travel information, and other relevant information. Highly recommended!

My first time here, I haven't been to a non reception check in before but it was so easy and secure, the communication given to me was precise and easy to follow The room was specious and clean with extra amenities including a microwave.

This place is always spotlessly clean. Has everything we need always leaves coffee n tea sachets etc perfect for the morning brew. So quiet. We and our daughter had a room each and was perfectly placed next tk each other . I cannot praise this accommodation enough.
