Black Mould
Arrived and got into room and there was black mould all around the window. This was in room 1, ground floor. Staff did not really take much of an interest and found someone was allocated that room after us. Did get moved straight away, but new room was noisy and may as well not have a window, felt we'd been put there for complaining about the mould. Have stayed previously, and had issues before (no towels, this time no pillows). Just needs a bit more care
