o Not Use This Hotel
Our stay was terrible. After booking and paying for our rooms several months in advance, we were surprised to be allocated two disabled rooms, which were on separate floors.
When we spoke with reception, they told us they were fully booked. They told us when we received breakfast that we may not have anywhere to sit.
Reception took our card details, and told us, they would charge our cards for any damages. I asked if the rooms were inspected, and was told they were ok.
Two days prior to travelling we telephoned to confirm our bookings and requirements; two rooms, one double and two single beds.
We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in, and were given two disabled rooms.
Our rooms were definitely allocated to someone else.
One of the bed had numerous stains on it. It was disgusting. My brother and I had one set of towels to share with each other.
There were no place to unpack and put our clothes. The light in the shower room did not work. The bulb was blown.
We could not stay in such a hotel, so within 30 minutes of checking in, we look after and went to the Holiday Inn. What a relief.
We were beyond disappointed, to know that after planning, booking and confirming everything, that we were treated in this manner.
We will certainly not use your hotel again, and will inform all our friends and families to do the same.
There were numerous stains on the mattress.
