The whole building and rooms, bar, reception are nice but a bit tired. Lovely staff, did not eat there but the food did look very good. Room again a bit tired but clean and tidy.

Great apart from the WiFi

Really good friendly service. Calm and peaceful atmosphere. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Easily accessible by road with good parking, near the A45 Coventry bypass. Good value. The WiFi was basically unusable but that's a small thing. Overall, very satisfied.

Residents assembled outside, but I was appalled at lack of any response from hotel staff. No one came to let us know what was going on or carry out any fire marshall duties.
