This lovely 2 bedroom 1 bath lower level condo is located at Jacobs Landing in the heart of Birch Bay. This unit has just undergone a complete remodel. You will enjoy all new furniture, hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen with new dishes, glassware, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, a wood burning fireplace and much more. One bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed, sofa in the living room makes into a queen size sofa bed.
The patio looks out onto a lush greenbelt area with a fantastic water view and is perfect for those peaceful sunny days or evenings to catch those magnificent Birch Bay sunsets . We had a wonderful stay at this condo. There is a view of the water and it is close to the beach. There is a walkway along the beach that is very accessible and we walked each day we were there. Even at night and felt very safe. I appreciated that we were able to have our son's dog with us and our grandchildren loved the pool
