Hotels should not advertise this dump!

They have totally misrepresented their hotel! Ripped carpet, gross furniture. Dirty! 14 in tv being balanced with a paper towel wad. We had to switch rooms because the toilet was not secure. I tried to get my money back and cancel 2 nights. To no avail. Ruined our trip to say the least!

The room was dark, dingy and terrible. After seeing the room. I request to cancel and get a refund. That was not grant but I chose not to stay here and booked another hotel. I know that they do have much better rooms at the hotel because I look at some of them. But they said there were reserved

Why is the carpet sticky!?!

This is a very gross place. No offense, just a fact. The sky is blue and this hotel is disgusting.

Very noisy neighbor!

We were booked for 3 nights. On the 2nd night we were awaken by loud music and shouting. Called the office at midnight and someone came and told the lone occupant to be quiet. Very drunk or high man shouted off and on all night. We checked out at 10 the next morning after our Antelope Canyon tour which was fantastic. Was told at the office we would get a refund for 1 night but have not seen it yet

Good location, but poor past management

I like the location, there is a Safeway grocery store across the street and restaurants within walking distance. The water though had a sulfur smell to it in the bathroom, so could not take a shower and had to leave a day early because of that. The pool closure for the season has been over a year as management has not kept it up. The breakfast is minimal And the juice machine and ice machine has not been serviced for probably a year as well. Management has just let it run down. They have a new manager in now that is looking to take care of the necessary equipment updates. The swimming pool, though, that’s a whole different story! It is close to all the great sites, though, travel tour that we used for antelope Valley upper was walking distance and of course horseshoe Bend about 4 miles down Highway 89.

OK for price but hotel could use a little TLC.

Hotel was reasonable for the rates. They advertise a pool, but the pool was green and half filled with a tarp and out of business. Their continental breakfast had nothing but coffee, no juices or even waters to drink. The breakfast itself was yogurt, bagels and muffins. Bedrooms were clean, but definitely outdated. Our room had a short so that the center lamp turned off whenever you sat on the bed, And my CPAP machine that I sleep with kept turning on and off in the middle of the night due to the short,which was a little weird. There was a sofa in the middle of the parking lot and a lot of garbage. As I mentioned, not a bad deal for the price, but definitely could use a little updating and cleanliness outside of the rooms.

I was charged twice for the same night. I’m 1 person who stayed in 1 room. I booked through Orbitz. I tried to seek a refund, but they denied me. I won’t be staying here at Knights in again or using Orbitz anymore.
