Communucation from Mark the owner was excellent. The flat was lovely - perfect for a couple & very close to town. We went to an event at the De La Warr Pavillion which was only about a 2 min walk away. Would definitely stay again.

Perfectly located, lovely apartment

Immaculately clean, modern, bright apartment. Mark was a very friendly host, communication was simple and easy. Perfectly located, close to the action, yet very peaceful. Would highly recommended. Front room cafe very good for breakfast.

Clean and well equipped flat just a few minutes walk from the beach. Nicely furnished with a very comfy bed. Quick and friendly communication and we even got to check in a bit early. Highly recommend.
