Staff is friendly and they're pet and family-friendly. The pool and game room are great for kids, and the breakfast buffet is great. However, the rooms are clearly not deep cleaned. I had to keep wiping my kid's feet because they were black from the dirty floors, and the white bedding was getting super gross from it. I also paid for a suite but was given a small room with a big, random balcony/deck that was also very dirty. It was very cramped for 2 adults and 2 kids, but we decided to just deal with it because we had already unpacked everything for a 5 day stay before we realized it wasn't a suite. You can also hear other people in the hotel very clearly, and that's not ideal at night. Overall the stay wasn't horrible but we probably won't ever stay there again.

hotel is very pleasant & well maintained it actually looks like it was redone recently. Everything was really nice staff very friendly & courteous, only caveat was that I had a suite & there was only 1 chair in the room & no table. while they did allow us to take another chair it's surprising that a suite would only come with 1 chair. otherwise it was really a nice place to stay highly recommend.
