Location was great. Staff is wonderful, very nice people at the front desk, at the breakfast area they were on top of refilling urging that was empty- very good attention to detail. Overall good stay, need to do some upgrades and carpet had some stains. Over Al it was clean and comfortable and again very close to the dunes and beach.

Our room was on the third floor, smelled like home cooking, and was very comforting. The beds are so comfy, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast bar was on point. The gentleman running the breakfast bar was very attentive and actually cared about his work, which means a lot. This was a great little find for a quick stay or a long stay. Once again, the beds were amazing!!!

Check-in was quick. Location perfect close to Dunes, right off highway. Had first floor room that reeked of pet pee. We should have requested room change but it was just for the night and we left as quickly as possible. Would not recommend for more than 1nite.

Our room was decent. Walls could be cleaner. Our shower was also either cold or piping hot. Breakfast was average- eggs could be better and the breakfast staff would just stare at you while you made plates and ate which weirded us out. Overall for the price it was okay. Could use some updates. We went to the beach so no input on pool.
