Staff make you feel welcome and are very helpful, nothing too much trouble, particularly Charlene. The rooms are quirky and spotlessly clean. The food is very good French food. This is our hotel of choice when travelling to France on the Ferry.

Mercure Caen Cote de Nacre Herouville Saint Clair
Great couple of days stay here. Convenient for us as it was very near to the hospital. Rooms clean and spacious. I would recommend the restaurant. Food was great and staff were very welcoming. Drinks were a bit pricey. Overall good value for money
