I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Vivanta by Taj on Residency Road. The central location, nestled in the heart of the city, made it exceptionally convenient for exploring local attractions, shopping centres, and dining options. Everything was within walking distance, which added to the overall experience. The service at the hotel was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Prince and Sanjay, who provided outstanding assistance throughout my stay. Their professionalism and attentiveness ensured that I felt welcomed and valued. I stayed at Vivanta by Taj on three separate occasions, each time for one night as stopovers between my travel destinations. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay. The variety and quality of the food were truly impressive, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was delightful. Special thanks to Rajesh and Jayden, who accommodated my early departure for a flight by ensuring I had breakfast before leaving. Their thoughtfulness and efficiency made a significant difference to my morning. The rooms were another standout feature of the hotel. They were well-appointed with modern amenities that ensured comfort and convenience. The decor was tasteful and elegant, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere.
