It was so noisy that I was awake until 4am. It sounded like some sort of renovation work. I also booked a king room, and was given a twin. I am disappointed as I have visited Bangalore many times and had looked forward to staying in this hotel.

Check-in experience is bad, I had to take my luggage out of the car as there was not enough staff. Also the reception area seems scattered and not organised, no one to guide you. Food is okey, not happy with the spread.
