It was unfortunate as I was leaving a waitress walking backwards bumped into me while I was carrying takeaway hot tea & hot coffee in either hands. It spilled and burnt me. They kindly offered cold water to dip my hands but the behavior of the manager towards the waitress who caused the accident was unprofessional, scolding her in front of me to show his position. Accidents happen. The hotel changed my room mid stay to get me a quieter room as first room was so noisy from the street that I couldn’t sleep the first night. Also my checking in experiences I already reported was bad.

Business stay

One day they collected bathing towel and floor matt but did not replenish. Another day they totally did not make up the room till later afternoon until I called. During check out after paying the meal cost, the reception staff just carry on doing his own thing and did not inform me that the process was completed until I asked. Hotel staffs need re-training.
