Fortune Hotels - accommodation in Bengaluru

Taj as usual is always outstanding irrespective of the country or city you stay at . The staff are truly outstanding and make every effort possible to help the guest with their needs .only small suggestion , as an airport hotel literally a 5 min walk to the terminal , a complimentary airport shuttle would have been appreciated since the airport provides one when you land but unfortunately the hotel doesn’t provide the same while heading back and you have no option but to use their paid shuttle service . I would have thought an airport hotel literally linked to the terminals with a long walkway would have a shuttle service .

Overall hospitality

I really enjoyed my stay here. They are undergoing a renovation in areas, but trust that what they report, including the times there will be some noise were strictly adhered to. I was lucky enough to get into one of the newly renovated rooms. It was beautiful! Great amount of space. The food was spectacular. Every morning I spent 1-2 hours eating breakfast. Dinner at Wabi Sabi was also fantastic. The staff was super friendly. I hope to have the opportunity to visit again. Thank you for the experience!
