No hot water in shower. We spend Rs 10,000 for few hours of stay. Got delayed with flight due to this hot water fiasco. Completely unacceptable to not have hot water in transit hotel where people come mainly to get refreshed and take a nap.

I was unable to use this facility other than the waiting area. Due to double booking of the property on.january 11, i was denied a stay when i showed up. I was confirmed the previous night, by phone.. Please imvestigate why I was bumped.

Clean room, staff were wonderful. I suggest improving the signage leading to the hotel so it’s easy for those driving in to the airport to find the hotel. I’d also recommend automating the entry doors to improve accessibility.
