Traveling through Prineville we decided to stop to sleep on our way home from a long camping trip drive home. Booked from the car and pulled in an hour later. Staff was amazing and kind. Had parking room for a truck and trailer in the parking lot. Store nearby and was across the street from a gas station and lots of available restraints in walking distance. Only complaint is our room smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room and cobwebs in and around the bathroom ceiling. Breakfast was top notch. We will be staying here again to give it another try because the convenience and breakfast out weighed the smelly room.

Everything was great. Did not care for room clean, sheet and towel replacements in between nights, while we were away from our room. No option to opt out. (Door hanger)

When I booked this room online it said ada was definitely not. Had a tub and no grab bars. No grab bars for the toilet. With the fires going on no other rooms available any where, had no choice but to stay ended up leaving at 4 am could not even use the toilet because I couldn’t get up from it

The front desk staff jason was very helpful with helping make sure our needs we're met under the strange circumstances, including needing the room we had for the fire fighter's.. we had to pay for a higher priced room. We also had our own emergencies to contend with.

Our stay was comfortable and welcoming. My dog was welcomed as well. The only problem we had was we stayed for a week and randomly on the next last day our room was not serviced. The garbage wasn’t dumped and no clean towels

I loved the jetted bathtub but surprised when I saw an unexpected charge on my credit card for $250! No receipt was emailed or texted and I don’t have an explanation still?! I hope this will be corrected once they see the dispute. Receipts should be emailed or texted automatically as other hotels I stay at always are.
