The lobby was great. Liked the little store area you could purchase food, drinks and other items. Breakfast has so many options.

The room was to warm even with the cooling system it was warm. The check in was fine but trying to get questions answered was a process. Just to find ice took 15 minutes before I got an answer. The breakfast eggs and sauage were cold, the biscuts were hard. Several other folks in the dinning area also commented on it.

Last minute trip to visit family. The booking and front desk staff was accommodating to my family who ordered three rooms for three nights. We requested to be next to each other and they did us one better by putting us on the first floor by the dining room and pool so we didn’t have to lug them far. The breakfast was amazing and the snack shack was always stocked. The facility was beautifully decorated and the pool was always clean. The only downfall was the cleaning/service staff. First night we got there my sister’s bed had three black hairs and a partial finger nail in it, but everything else was very clean. The service gal came every day, but we were getting ready everyday around 10-11 when she came by so we would ask her to come back later (as we needed our trash taken out everyday and towels replenished at least) for her to not come back. We were given trash bags and a laundry bin from front desk to do it ourselves; along with fresh warm from the dryer towels. All in all we had a great time! They even price match from Expedia.

Overall the hotel was clean, safe and OK. There was a bunch of kids on some sort of meet, and they were running and something down the halls.The entire time until about ten thirty p m. The hotel staff was nice, except for one guy who basically ignored us at check-in until he was done. Typing something for about 3 minutes. It said he was the assistant manager. There were about a dozen teenagers in the swimming pool playing chicken. And so, we didn't really have a relaxing time at the pool. The hot tub was nice. The pool might have been clean. Had it not been for the teenagers who basically made it impossible to enjoy.. The location was good if you didn't have a vehicle.You could walk not very far and get to a good mexican restaurant or mcdonald's safeway is right across the street. The beds were very springy and not very firm. Thankfully, we were only there for one night. So my back wasn't killing me too much. Our room had a view of basically a retaining wall. I'm not sure if the 2nd floor rooms have better views. But the lobby and other areas are well decorated and look very nice with the owner's previous cabin furniture
