Upon arrival after 4pm i was told due to selling out my room was not ready. While staff tried to be accommodating it felt like i was inconvenient. They had difficulty checking me even though my room was not ready. They gave a very unconvincing apology for the lack of rooms available. Then promised to call me when my room was ready. After 2 hours of no calling and me approaching reception i got anotber fake apology due to not calling me. Nothing was offered for my inconvenience. Twice i had to visit reception for room supplies during my.stay as necessities were not avaliable. I will not be visiting this location again.

So this is definitely a place to stay. Love the nearness to amenities and entertainment. The room was lovely The reception staff very professional and understanding. It would be great if they had uncooked pasta and pasta sauce available I love that they don’t have a store but the have a snack bar that you can have the reception do the charge for! You can eat 24/hrs without issue

The staff is just incredible. The ladies in the dining hall: SUCH WORK ETHIC! The ladies tidying up our room: AMAZING. The ladies and gentleman at the front desk: EFFICIENT & POLITE. The room is PERFECT!! We traveled with a 9 month old baby. It is spacious enough for a playpen in the room and living room. We also had a stroller and cart open inside at all times. The kitchen has a medium size fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher (!!!). The hotel has washers and dryers ($4) if you need to wash a load or two. The shower is big enough for an adult and baby tub. Definetly returning! Thank you for making our first family vacation a great one.

I chose this hotel due to having a hot tub and larger kitchen suite. I have been very happy with the pool/hot tub area, the staff and service, cleanliness, the breakfast and parking. I was concerned about noise being by the casino but in my 3 nights staying over two weekends, there was never any noise or issues at all. We only had some small suggestions for improvement- I missed my earl grey tea and hot chocolate for the kids that is often available at other hotels, and having the pool towels available without having to ask at the front desk. Also, in the 1 bedroom suite- the pull out couch situation was different and quite hard/uncomfortable for the kids. We did wish it was an older fashioned kind of pull out couch or that a different mattress was available to put on top. We would definitely stay here again.
