The hotel stay was very good in all respects except for one very important problem. There were sports teams with families and some of the children were not being supervised and were running up and down the hallways making noise until late into the night- almost midnight. This continued over two nights. Repeated complaints to the front desk brought supportive words but no effective action. Either these groups are too important for them to deal with or they just don't care about managing that kind of problem. The solution needs to be better than just lip service.

Rooms are big, the bright hallways is a plus. Unlike other hotels that lighting in hallways are so dimmed looks dirty. Bed are comfy with hood pillows and sheets. Food was good and staff are nice and helpful
