Worst Vacation Ever – Avoid This Resort! My experience at Orange County Belek was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The staff were extremely rude and arrogant, starting from the check-in desk and continuing with every other member of the team I encountered. The food was awful — no variety whatsoever, with the same low-quality options served every single day. The rooms were not properly cleaned; they would only change the towels and leave everything else untouched. This place completely ruined my holiday. It was by far the worst vacation I have ever had. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

The cleanliness and food were excellent, and the staff at the kids' area were amazing, providing a great experience for my family. I also appreciated the good options available for children. However, the room service was disappointing. Despite the positive aspects, the service responsiveness needs improvement

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property including being very well-maintained. We appreciated the close attention of the front desk staff. Being sea front is also a big plus. We also really liked the comfort of our room. On the other side, there are a couple things that need to be fixed/ revisited: The food quality and diversity should be improved. All those cats within the hotel should be removed. The restaurant staff should offer a warm welcome to all guests at the time of entry and exit. And finally, there should be a fast food restaurant serving food between lunch and dinner time.
