Overall you get what you pay for. Although not the cheapest we did feel you get value for money, but don’t expect 4 star ! The wine was of good quality and the food was fantastic - couldn’t fault it. The overall thing to consider is that this hotel is an ‘entertainment’ complex which means load music around the pool - starting at 10.00am !! But the place is massive so if you want to get away from the party there are quiet places such as the patisserie which is lovely with an amazing range of tea. Absolutely consider if you want a fun bouncy time. Re-consider if you want a quiet unwind. The beach is great with beach bar and lots of loungers.

Kamer geboekt met brubbelbad volgens de website. Blijkt dat het hotel enkel kamers heeft met douche. Mini bar werd ook niet elke dag bij gevuld. Bedden werden vaak niet opgemaakt. Gordijnen vielen naar beneden. Douche water liep slecht tot niet weg. Badkamer stonk. Vloer werd niet schoon gemaakt. Eten was eentonig en ALTIJD koud. Glazen en bestek en borden waren vuil. Er liepen katten rond en zat er vol met vliegen. Hadden deze accommodatie gekozen voor de kinderen binnen zwembad was heel koud ook zoals het buiten zwembad. De waterbanen waren ook telkens maar 2 uurtjes open.Animatie team was ook rampzalig er werd niet gevraagd om mee te doen aan initiaties. Je zag ook dat het einde seizoen was omdat de anmatie de goaltjes aan het bad en ping pong tafels werden al gewoon opgeborgen. Op fotos zagen we ook op strand een mooie pier helaas lag deze pier niet aan ons hotel. De shuttle bus naar het strand was wel goed. Om in zee te gaan was het heel gevaarlijk ook weinig redders tot vaak geen. Ook weer hetzelfde verhaal met het eten aan het strand : koud en eentonig. En daar zag je ook het einde van seizoen doordat de eet kraampjes verdwenen.

Hotellet er virkelig slidt og trænger i den grad til en opdatering. Der er flere steder med risikerer at ryge igennem dræn i mellem bygningerne. Poolen manglede ligeledes sikkerhed ved overløbet rundt omkring Primært den store pool som vi benyttede mest. Vores toilet var ligeledes monteret skævt på væggen. Og dejligt med skimmelsvamp på væggene Der er en kæmpe sprogbariere, da 80-85 % af hotellets gæster er russere og personalet af den grund kommunikerer bedre på russisk og tyrkisk end de gør på engelsk. Vi måtte 4 gange ned og bede om ekstra håndklæder og tæpper på ankomstdagen. Maden var egentlig ganske fin, så den skal de have ros for. Fin variation således der var nye ting hver dag. Vil dig ikke anbefale a la carte restauranten, der sad vi med følelsen af vi lige så godt kunne have besøgt buffeten. Rengøringen var ikke noget at skrive hjem om, der lå flere dage masser af snavs på gulvet(hvilket kommer helt naturligt når man rejser med 2 børn). Endnu en ting der trækker kraftigt ned i bedømmelsen er at min svigermor fik stjålet 4 pakker cigaretter af enten rengøringsdamen eller manden der fylder minibaren. Der var taget 2 pakker af en åben karton og 2 pakker fra en uåbnet karton, det rigtig ulækre i denne sag er at de begge lå i en lukket taske i deres klædeskab, hvilken jo indikerer at vedkommende har gennemrodet deres ting:( Sætter aldrig mine ben på det hotel igen.

This is a nice hotel, very good food everyday diffrent options, pool and beach very nice, good staff, rooms are comfortable but a bit dated. I think this hotel is more like a 4 star then a 5 star. I would recommend if you get a good price

Lovely stay

The hotel itself is lovely. Hotel grounds very peaceful, birds singing, lots of greenery. Excellent for young children as there is a seperate play and pool area. It’s tranquil, the beach is lovely and always a free sunbed. The main pool is also nice and kept clean. Food was ok. Staff generally helpful. WiFi is not so good but perfect in the lobby area. Recommend a Hamman but expensive as it’s in resort and there really is nowhere else outside of the hotel unless you want to walk for 20 mins. Overall I Would recommend

We recieved a warm welcome.Hotel was lovely. Was a bit worried at first after reading some reviews. Ignore the negative reviews. Rooms were cleaned daily. Fresh food. Entertainers were fantastic tried to get everyone involved.

Dårlig mat, langt avstand til sjøen

Jeg er helt sikker på at de bruker soja i steden for kjøtt , maten er smakløs eneste som smaker er salater, dårlig reinhold på kjøkkenet, lang avstand til sjøen, dette var min første og siste besøk

hotel is not bad but it is not on the beach.

I had a my worse experience all my life with this hotel. I had paid 5 nights I left hotel after 3 nights stay. I was eating my lunch one day. hotel employee came and grab my plates and ask me to move to another table because of some one reserved that table. which is there was no sign for it. two other women had seat on that table and moved also. I went talked to front desk but they didn't do anything. so I just went to another hotel THAT WAS JUST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

een goede variatie en kwaliteit van eten!

het ligt niet in Belek,maar 10km vanaf..taxi is duur..en er rijd geen rechtreekse bus,men moet via Serik en is bijna 2u voor 10km.
