I had enjoyed overall especially on the food and beverages. Two suggestions :- 1) Based on request only, water bottle and towels has been refilled and replaced. Its better to do by themselves. 2) Being a Tourist spot, it would be helpful - if reception people can talk in English.

Otelde karşılama ve uğurlamaya kadar geƧen sĆ¼rede personelin ilgisi gĆ¼zeldi. Yemekler iyi ve Ƨeşitliydi. Animasyonların daha iyi bir hale getirilmesi gerekir. Bizim iƧin tatilimizin tek kusuru denizin ƶzellikle Ć¶ÄŸleden sonraları Ƨok dalgalı olmasıydı. Odaların her gĆ¼n temizlenmesi de memnuniyet vericiydi. Personellerin hepsi gĆ¼leryĆ¼zlĆ¼ cana yakın kişilerdi hepsine teşekkĆ¼r ediyorum. Personellerden lobby bardaki Berkantā€™a ve snack bardaki Ä°shakā€™a da ayrıca teşekkĆ¼r ediyorum.
