I dont understand all the negative reviews about this place, despite being really stressed and having no help from airport staff etc. The staff at Golden Phoenix made our whole layover as comfortable as possible while assisting with things way out of their range just to make sure we were looked after. book this place

The staff were all amazing in helping us out with difficult arrival times, and very accommodating, even with a language barrier, they were very helpful. Xiao Li, Xiao Hao, Xiao Yue, and Xiao Yang especially were helpful, and went above and beyond for us. Great price, close to the airport, and friendly staff, verything you need during a trip. I would recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

Jag hade en mycket trevlig vistelse på hotellet. Rummet var rent, fräscht och välstädat varje dag, vilket gjorde att man kände sig bekväm under hela vistelsen. Personalen var vänlig, professionell och alltid hjälpsam när jag hade frågor eller behövde assistans. Deras service bidrog verkligen till en positiv upplevelse. Frukosten var varierad och god med ett bra utbud av både varma och kalla alternativ. Det fanns något för alla smaker och allt kändes färskt. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade utmärkt och höll rummet svalt och behagligt, vilket var särskilt uppskattat under varmare dagar. Sammanfattningsvis är jag mycket nöjd med min vistelse och kan varmt rekommendera hotellet till andra resenärer.

Huset hade sett bättre tiden men det var verkligen ren med vita/nytvättade lakan. Extremt litet badrum med ny toasits. Kinesisk frukost med gemensamt bord. Ena sidan med personal, rent rum och avstånd till flygplatsen var 5*, andra sidan med byggets skick och matsal som B&B. Tips: vänta inte på upphämtning från PEK. Ta en Didi och lös upp fakturan vid ankomst. Inga konstigheter alls och bra bemötande. Bra för en natt.
