Smoke smell in room. Staff were unable to communicate in English. Very hard to get amenities or contact with anyone through telephone. Restaurant was terrible, the staff were shouting around us while we ordered food. The staff were vacuuming around us as we ate. Dinner options were terrible and what was available was very limited. The transfer staff were unfriendly and rude. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone travelling through Beijing.

The hotel is a standard business hotel. Located close to the exhibition centre which is good. TV and fridge did not work in the room for the four days I was there. No attempt to fix the problems either.
