Fantastic property, easy check in, spotless room. Parking super easy and full delicious breakfast for $25 is well above average. Would return to Tas just to spend more time here. Excellent.

Refrigerator did not work - made noises and froze food. Wasn’t plugged in so had to move it out and turn it on. Reported but reception staff didn’t even make a note of it. Shower was small and taps had sharp edges.

Room was comfortable. Missed a small table for coffee or drinks, shower did leak when turned on (reported at checkout). All amenities such as TVs and microwave and heater worked without issue. But tv could use an arm to reposition as sitting on top of a cupboard made it awkward to watch.

We stayed in a vista chalet and it felt like we were at a new home. It had so much room, and was well equipped. The swiss village is so handy with bakery and restaurant, and there are so many activities for the whole family! Everything was just amazing!

The apartment was very outdated. Looked very dirty due to the amount of damage to doors, cupboards, paint missing etc. We went to do Pedal Carts @ 3.15pm on a Saturday to be told they were closed. So, we went the next day, to be told there is only 3 single pedal carts. We had a birthday party and for a family resort, you only have 3 singles. Very disappointing. The man who works in the activity part has terrible personnel skills and terrible service. It's a pity because the resort itself has so much potential but the staff and the outdatedness was the biggest let down.

We had a lovely family stay here. We enjoy the breakfast and the facilities. The staff were kind. The facilities were a bit dated, but a great family vacation accommodation.
