Overall rating was lowered due to poor breakfast offerings. Plus the coffee was luke warm at best. Bagel bites and sliced smoke sausage? Hard boiled eggs in the shell - impossible to peel. Oatmeal was not hot.

The property feels like it needs some attention and care. The toiletries provided were of low quality, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations for the Hampton Inn brand. There’s room for improvement in both amenities and upkeep.

Just Okay

The front desk staff was friendly. The lobby and elevators were dirty. Due to the weather and their pet friendly policy, there was a wet dog odor throughout. The facility is in need and of a renovation.
