Walkers will enjoy the many local routes, and there is one from the front door to the River Waveney, which offers a mile of private river fishing, and cyclists can enjoy the national cycle route. This holiday property is ideally placed to visit the many attractions in the area. Visit Beccles, a popular market town on the southern broads, where you can watch the waterborne world go by, or hire a boat from a centre close by. Visit Southwold on the Suffolk Heritage Coast, is famous for its brewery and pier, Pleasurewood Hills theme park and Great Yarmouth, which is famous for its races and family fun.
