Rooms were clean & nicely appointed: Cable TV, WiFi, Fridge. Linens & towels were clean & fresh. The bed (for me) was comfy. Owners are on-site and were very pleasant. It was nice and quiet, & conveniently located very close to The Glen and Rt. 14. A pleasant stay.

This is a 4 star rating for a 2 star hotel. The location is GREAT for Watkins Glen area and speedway. They had what I was looking for. Clean room, beds, ice maker and coffee machine. Quiet when we were there, so exactly the 2 star hotel we hoped for. Will stay there again.

While this property has almost no additional amenities, the staff was incredibly helpful, the room was clean and in good repair with a very comfortable bed, as well as a mini fridge and microwave. I personally liked that the sink was outside the bathing area. The only thing that was less than excellent was the breakfast. There was coffee, hot water, a choice of two bottled juices, and a choice of commercially packaged muffins and pastries. There was no place to eat except in your room (no table and chairs) or in the single chair outside each room. Overall, it was a great place to stay for a night, although if I planned on a longer stay, I would also plan to supplement the breakfast.

Decent sized room in an older motel - No real breakfast other than coffee, some packaged sweet stuff, a banana, an apple, and apple juice in convenient little bottles. Friendly, nice, helpful staff of older people from India, making the stay very pleasant and relaxed. - Hotel was overpriced when I was there, but it's summer and their location is good, but I noticed most of the rooms were empty.

It was clean and well maintained. The plug for the tub was broken, so I couldn’t use the jacuzzi. The price I was quoted on the website was less than the actual cost, which was about 100$ more. Part of that was tax. The staff was pleasant, and the bed was comfortable. I would stay again.

Good could be better scenery great.

It was great. I just had to get a refund for my extra day that I didn’t need at the end of the trip. They could really benefit from new showerheads. They have some really great ones at TJ Maxx with a bead filter $14 each would make a huge difference During the shower time. Breakfast could benefit with a cooler full of yogurt, milk, and creamer.

The only thing I did not like was that for how many rooms were empty the guests that were there were attacked next to each other. It would have been nice to be spread out a bit as it was quite loud at times late in the night. It was kind of pricey for what you get... if i go back to that area I would rather stay in Watkins Glen at a little motel in a bigger town. Montour Falls really doesn't have much going on rather than it's beautiful Waterfall.

Decent roadside motel. Nothing special - friendly and responsive owners and clean room. Price was a bit high - but compared to the more expensive places a bit closer to downtown Watkins Glen it was reasonable.

The first room was filthy.moved us to another room it was better but still not good TV did not work and needs a lot of TLC so they moved us again and bed what’s very hard and jacuzzi tub was filthy. The breakfast was not even in continental breakfast just plastic wrap, muffins, and little orange juices. And apple juices.. last night there they moved someone right next-door that would not quiet down so they finally move them to a different place after I had to complain which took over an hour. We are going home in the morning about a six hour trip. I did not get to sleep till after midnight and got up at six in the morning. Not a good day. ask for a refund and they said it would have to talk to upper management. I am not expecting that to happen. Very disappointed should actually be refunded entire stay.
