Wonderful hitel.

The staff were wonderful, very attentive and friendly. We were in a stand alone house operated by the hotel. The only issue we believe exists, is the need for additional seating in the common area. Such as a large sofa. The location is a few minute walk to shops, restaurants, and the tapestry. A great home base for Normandy battle sights.

The room was quite small and the beds were two twin beds put together that were not the most comfortable but not too bad. The area around the property was great. Lots to see and lots of shopping. The breakfast was at best average for 21E per person. Small selection and not much variety. Communication at the front desk was limited because of the language barrier and I was given no information on the extra cost for parking or breakfast cost.

Perfect charm in Normandy

We stopped in Bayeux for one night before a D-Day tour and wished we had stayed much longer. This hotel is in a perfect location and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The courtyard is so lovely and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely go back.

Do not hesitate to book at this hotel! Our family of 4 were quite comfortable in a suite with one large bed and two pull out beds for our teenage kids. The staff are excellent and very welcoming. It is quite clear that they take great pride in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that you have a pleasant experience at their hotel. Ten out of ten - would definitely recommend!

Belle Normandy is a super cute hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We were given an upgrade upon checkin which was such a pleasant surprise. Our room was beautiful with a very spacious bathroom. The location is great and walkable to the city. There is an adorable courtyard in the middle of the property that is so peaceful and relaxing. My only complaint is that there should be more bathroom amenities (lotion, etc) and breakfast should be included for the price of the room.

A wonderful place, a former chateau newly renovated with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Peaceful courtyard allows you to read and soak up the French atmosphere. Walking distance to Bayeux Cathedral and Tapestry. Well worth it!

This hotel is very picturesque and quaint but with all modern facilities. It is within walking distance from all the restaurants and the town. Even though we had a car, we didn’t use it except for a drive to Mont Saint Michel. Bayeux is a perfect area to stay if you want to visit all the WWII sites. The staff here were also super helpful and assisted us in making restaurant bookings for dinner. They have parking which you pay for per day but not a bad rate at all.
