"Love this place!"
We always stay here if we can mainly because of the pool and surrounding environment. We were lucky enough to get a suite this time but generally the rooms are very small though for a family of four. The outside of the building and patios need a good clean. Still love this place though and it's great value. I'd love to see it done up but then the prices would go up too.

"Lovely motel just a 10 minute walk in to Paihia "
Lovely modern, clean and comfortable motel room, plenty of room, air conditioning (thank goodness), a view of the Paihia Bay. Only 10 minute walk into Paihia, which was easier than finding a park. Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from on your walk back from town.

"unexpectedly sweet"
Nice clean rooms. Staff is very nice and helpful. Not all rooms have air conditioning so make sure you ask. Some rooms have partial views of the Ocean in every room. Others may have a view in the living room but the bedrooms look out onto parking lots and dumpsters. Staff is very accommodating if you are unhappy with your room.

"Great long weekend location "
Great place and priced well for the quality of room, location and servicing. We liked the nice quiet location just around the corner from the main strip. Very clean room and helpful staff - gave us beach towels and umbrella when needed. Lovely having beach just across the road. Only slight drawback is that other guests walk past your deck and upstairs rooms are the pick. Would definitely stay there again though.
