Apartment on the ground floor of a manor house, located 450 meters from the sea. Large and bright living room with cooking utensil, 4 gas burners and oven, equipped with crockery and cutlery, terrace for exclusive use where to eat or simply take a little 'cool with the possibility of barbecue.

Antonio’s apartment is spacious and very nice. Less than ten minutes walk from a pebble beach, with warm and crystalline water: Santa Maria de Navarresse. It has a terrace from which you can even see the sea. It is a pleasure to dine there, especially when the moon is reflected in the water. At noon it is better to eat inside; the double air conditioning (one towards the rooms and the other towards the dining-kitchen) kept us cool. Antonio was always very friendly and attentive. When we arrived, a white wine and some refreshments were waiting for us in the fridge. The dog, welcome. The village is very quiet and lovely. It has a great artisan ice cream shop on the way to the beach, Mastro, a very authentic pizza and pasta restaurant 5 minutes away, Il Pozo, a relaxing park and a center full of life but without stress or mass tourism. Going down to the beach there is also a bar-restaurant to enjoy in the shade of the pines. Everything was great. El piso de Antonio es amplio y muy agradable. A menos de diez minutos caminando de una playa de cantos rodados, con agua tibia y cristalina: Santa Maria de Navarresse. Tiene una terraza desde la que se alcanza a ver el mar. Es un gusto cenar en ésta, sobre todo cuando la luna se refleja en el agua. Al mediodía es mejor comer dentro; el doble aire acondicionado (uno hacia las habitaciones y otro hacia el comedor-cocina) nos mantenía frescos. Antonio siempre fue muy amable y atento. Al llegar incluso nos esperaban un vino blanco y unos refrescos en la nevera. La perrita, bienvenida. El pueblo es muy tranquilo y bonito. Tiene una heladería artesana buenísima de camino a la playa, Mastro, un restaurante muy auténtico de pizza y pasta a 5 minutos, Il Pozo, un bonito parque y un centro con vida pero sin estrés ni turismo masivo. Bajando a la playa también hay un bar-restaurante para disfrutar a la sombra de los pinos. Todo muy bien.

Ottimo per famiglie

Inizio con la descrizione della casa, appartamento al piano rialzato facente parte di un palazzotto di proprietà con altri appartamenti. Quest’anno eravamo gli unici inquilini presenti. La casa si dimostra spaziosa con spazi idonei anche a famiglie con bimbi piccoli, i nostri figli hanno avuto tutto lo spazio necessario per giocare in libertà. Credo che lo stabile sia stato soggetto a recente e completa ristrutturazione (infissi nuovi con zanzariere, sanitari e piastrelle recenti, bagno sia con vasche che doccia ecc ecc. ). La casa è situata a circa 7:8 minuti a piedi dalla prima spiaggia, strada percorribile tranquillamente a piedi con passaggino in quanto ben illuminata e con marciapiede. C’è da dire che essendo tutto il paese in posizione sopraelevata rispetto al mare, per tornare verso l’appartamento bisogna affrontare una bella salita a piedi, fattibile ma non consigliata per chi rifiuta l’attività motoria. Vicino all’abitazione c’è tutto il necessario per non utilizzate l’auto ( Coop-pizzeria- bar tabacchi ecc) Il proprietario e sua nipote si sono dimostrati nonostante gentili e cordiali, disponibili a check-in e check-out che va incontro all’esigenze degli ospiti . Bella esperienza ed ancora grazie al signor Antonio .

Casa perfetta e ottima posizione

Assolutamente soddisfatti! Signor Antonio è stato gentilissimo per accorglierci ci ha coccolato con delle bibite fresche, la casa spaziosa,pulita e super attrezzata di tutto macchina per il caffè, lavatrice, barbecue, prodotti per la pulizia. L'appartamento con posizione centralissima, ottima per gli spostamenti anche a piedi. Consigliatissima
