Love that the hotel is nearby to batam centre mall & ferry terminal. Rooms are super clean however our request to have one with seaview was denied but we'll try again next time. Staffs are polite & helpful. Hotel cafe is on rooftop with excellent view which makes up for the just ok food. Definitely recommended & high likely to return again. Thank you Santika.
